Lancashire County Council issued an Order on 27th April 2020 confirming the diversion of part of Public Footpath 1-24-FP1 brought about by the housing development at Cockle Hill.
The County Council has now issued Notice of this Order including details of the public’s rights to contest it and/or claim compensation for any disturbance or damage arising.
